Fun, games and lots of new knowledge: E-learning with 3L at Lindner
With 3L, we offer our employees an interactive quiz app that imparts knowledge in three ways. Playing quiz duels and challenging colleagues, snacking on a knowledge nugget in between or working on complex learning journeys - 3L offers knowledge transfer independent of time and place, so that learning never gets boring! The application is primarily designed for the smartphone, where coins and awards can be won by learning. Lindner's basic knowledge and corporate values are tested in the same way as facts about the individual hotels and departments. An added value for your further education.
Welcome seminar Lindner-style.
All new employees are registered for the Lindner OnBoard training within the first three months after starting work at Lindner. During this two-day seminar, participants familiarise themselves with the company and the people behind the Lindner name, as well as the company values and internal standards. The seminars are carried out all across Germany and offer our new members of staff the opportunity to get to know colleagues from other Lindner hotels right from the beginning. With Lindner OnBoard, we promote the feeling of togetherness in the Lindner family, and support the start of your career at Lindner.
We offer our apprentices a special welcome seminar: the Lindner Azubi OnBoard. This seminar is specially adapted to the needs of our apprentices and makes it easier for them to begin their careers. It also gives our apprentices the opportunity to get to know apprentices from other sites, network and exchange experiences right from the get-go.

In order to fully develop your potential and skills as a manager, we support you on your way with attractive training and further education programmes. In addition to comprehensive practical knowledge, you will receive theoretical training on the most important aspects of management and leadership. In addition to company-specific strategic and operational basics, this also includes imparting knowledge and gaining experience from the entire spectrum of a manager.
