We offer a wide range of staff development measures for our apprentices, as well as our specialists and managers. Conducting staff development together is our objective, and this is represented in our varied range of training and development opportunities as part of the Lindner M!NDMOTION programme.
We will offer you the opportunity to make your career wishes come true. With us, you will have the opportunity to take part in regular specialist and interdisciplinary training. Or you can use our in-house cross training in order to gain flexibility via alternating assignments and prepare for a higher position.

Our training and development guidelines help our employees systematically plan their personal and professional development within the company on an on-going basis, together with their managers. The training measures specially tailored for Lindner Hotels & Resorts are intended to help equip them with the best possible knowledge and skills so that they can be even more successful and happy in their areas.
We have set ourselves the objective of skilfully fostering our staff in order to cope with future changes, and we offer high-level staff development. With different measures and methods, we concentrate on the individual needs and development of our staff and managers.
Our offer: The Lindner M!NDMOTION programme. <br/> A blended learning concept with online and offline training for all tastes.
A training plan with a comprehensive range of training for the operative hotel areas enables individual staff development. Seminars such as “guest-orientated support at reception” an “service for the guest” are as much a part of the training portfolio as training for successful banquet sales and professional reservation handling. Interdisciplinary topics, such as complaint handling and the “personality and the guest” seminar are also part of our training offer. As a manager, you can also look forward to our manager development programme. We will develop you so that you can face daily tasks within our company.
e-learning plays a significant role in our training concept. With our e-learning platform, GR!PS, our employees can learn when and where they like. Our internally designed online training can be put together individually using the shopping cart principle. We combine online training with face-to-face seminars, and increase the learning success of our staff with “blended learning”.
With Quizblix, we offer our employees an interactive quiz app in which the playful method of transferring knowledge is emphasised. Having knowledge duels, challenging colleagues and competing in the ranking with your own department or the entire site - Quizblix offers time-independent and location-independent knowledge transfer, and it is fun. The smart phone application is made like a quiz, in which two employees compete against each other in two or three knowledge duel rounds. Questions about the Lindner base values and corporate values are asked, as are facts about the individual hotels and departments. Added value for your further training.
Welcome seminar Lindner-style.
All new employees are registered for the Lindner OnBoard training within the first three months after starting work at Lindner. During this two-day seminar, participants familiarise themselves with the company and the people behind the Lindner name, as well as the company values and internal standards. The seminars are carried out all across Germany and offer our new members of staff the opportunity to get to know colleagues from other Lindner hotels right from the beginning. With Lindner OnBoard, we promote the feeling of togetherness in the Lindner family, and support the start of your career at Lindner.
We offer our apprentices a special welcome seminar: the Lindner Azubi OnBoard. This seminar is specially adapted to the needs of our apprentices and makes it easier for them to begin their careers. It also gives our apprentices the opportunity to get to know apprentices from other sites, network and exchange experiences right from the get-go.
Our philosophy and our values are intended not only to solidify our flagship goals, but they are also an important part of the everyday work of our staff. At every Lindner Hotel, an employee is appointed and trained as a Values Trainer and delivers two seminars each year at their hotel. We will help you implement the Lindner values.
Manager development with exclamation marks
This programme has been designed by Munich Business School exclusively for the managers of Lindner Hotels & Resorts, and is devoted to the challenge of “leadership”.
In this certification programme, our managers receive comprehensive theoretical and practical further training on the most important aspects of management and staff development. As well as company-specific, strategic and operative basics, this also includes the transfer of knowledge, the gathering of experience and the acquisition of skills from the whole management and leadership spectrum.
This programme has been running for many years, and upon completion, participants receive a certificate from Munich Business School.
