In order to release all of your potential and skills as a manager, we will help you on your way with attractive training and professional development offers. In conjunction with Munich Business School, we have created a development programme exclusively for Lindner managers. In this certification programme, participants receive comprehensive theoretical and practical further training on the most important aspects of management and leadership in an international and intercultural context. As well as company-specific strategic and operative basics, this also includes the transfer of knowledge and the gathering of experience from the whole management and leadership spectrum. Each series of modules consists of four or five seminars, and at the end you will receive a certificate from the university. You can look forward to an interesting range of seminars and broaden your knowledge as a manager.
